Apartment Fire Erupts in Memphis

MEMPHIS, TN- Posted on January 6, 2010. Flames erupted at a Southeast Memphis apartment complex Tuesday night.

It happened around 7:15 p.m. at the Pinebrook Point Apartments. When crews arrived smoke and flames were shooting out of the building. Four units were involved. It took crews 45 minute to get the flames under control.

A rehab truck was on standby just in case any of the 41 firefighters got too cold. Fortunately no one suffered any injuries.
